Hand-Layup

Hand lay-up method, is a method in which the object is formed by overlapping layers of reinforcement materials. Reinforcement materials such as glass mats, woven roving, veils, saturated with polyester resin ,allow to produce elements with variations in terms of size and weight.
Gel-coats used allow us to obtain the finished product in any color from the RAL table.
Products made from polyester-glass laminates can be used in construction, transport and automotive industry. They are perfectly weatherproof.
Description of the method: This method of manual lamination consists of placing resin over fiber reinforcement using rollers or brushes. After distributing the resin over the reinforcement, special sheeted rollers are used in order to remove air bubbles, increase the strength properties and improve the saturation of the fibers .
